The Level 1 exam will be held in September/October 2024. The SSC has made significant changes to the SSC CGL Post Application Form 2024. Candidates are no longer required to upload a pre-existing photograph; instead, a live photograph will be captured.
Additionally, the Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer post is not mentioned in the SSC CGL 2024 notification. Lastly, there is a change in the SSC CGL Exam Pattern: Paper III of SSC CGL Tier 2 has been excluded from the selection process.

SSC conducts the Combined Graduate Level Examination or SSC CGL examination every year to recruit candidates for non-technical B and C posts in various ministries, organizations, and departments of the Government of India. Overview of SSC CGL Recruitment Process
Tier-I
Qualifying Stage Candidates who have applied for the SSC CGL exam will get Roll Numbers and Admit Cards for the Computer Based Exam (Tier-I). This exam serves as a qualifying round. Candidates are selected based on the results obtained in the Level II examination.
