The written test of the Karnataka Sub-Inspector was conducted in two phases. The first phase consisted of 50 marks whereas the second phase consisted of 150 marks. The total marks of the Karnataka Sub-Inspector written examination were 200 marks. In order to clear the written examination candidate needs to score more than 30% of the marks i.e. 60 marks out of 200 marks. Candidates who fetch more than 60 marks in both written examinations, their name will appear on the Karnataka SI cut-off list.
After the result, the physical fitness test of the selected candidates will be conducted by the Karnataka Police. Candidates have to clear the Karnataka SI physical fitness test also to clear the SI examination. After the physical fitness test, the final merit list of the SI recruitment selected candidates will be updated by the officials.
